Established in 2005, Elltec Solar Electricity Ltd were one of the first UK companies to specialise in the installation of Solar PV (photovoltaic) systems. We have designed and installed many unique solar panel systems on homes, businesses, schools, farms, small holdings, libraries and universities in Wales and across the UK.

A registered MCS installer since 2008, we take pride in offering first class workmanship, truthful and honest advice and value for money. System design is paramount and we only offer the best available products from long established manufacturers of solar panel systems such as SANYO/Panasonic, REC, SMA and FRONIUS.

Commercial projects

We have been installing on commercial properties, including schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, since 2005. Most new commercial buildings require a BREEAM energy rating and installing a PV system would help you to meet the requirements.

Off-grid projects

We can offer specialist off‑grid systems if you're not currently connected to the national grid. Our off‑grid projects have included small holdings and stables through to nature reserves such as Skomer Island at the tip of West Wales.

The financial benefits of a solar PV system

The government Feed-in Tariff (FIT) scheme means you get paid a tax free income for the solar electricity your solar panel system generates, selling any surplus solar electricity back to the grid.
